1. 能够主导林业数字化与智能化管理咨询项目,并出具报告。
Able to lead digital and intelligent forestry management consulting projects independently and deliver comprehensive reports.
2. 精通数字农林业主要技术手段,有效与业务事业部管理层沟通,识别运营中的机会点与风险。
Proficient in key digital agroforestry technologies, effectively communicating with business unit management to identify operational opportunities and risks.
3. 熟悉智慧林业、数字林业行业操作(如病虫害防治、土地肥力监控、种植面积统计等),并具备完整的风险识别方法论。
Familiar with smart and digital forestry operations (including but not limited to pest control, soil fertility monitoring, plantation area statistics) and possess a complete risk identification methodology.
4. 能独立完成项目的计划、现场执行、报告撰写及后期机会点落地推进,确保绩效提升或管理改善机会有效转化为EBITDA。
Capable of independently managing project planning, on-site execution, reporting, and post-project opportunity implementation to ensure performance improvements or management enhancements are effectively translated into EBITDA.
5. 逐步构建数字林业管理方法论、数据预警机制,并收集外部竞品信息与行业最佳实践。
Gradually establish a digital forestry management methodology, data early-warning mechanisms, and collect external competitor information and industry best practices.
6. 建立基于数据分析(D&A)的林业风险评估体系,预警潜在的重大舞弊或管理问题。
Develop a data and analytics (D&A) based risk assessment system for forestry to warn against potential major fraud or management issues.
7. 负责团队能力建设,特别是在林业数据分析与管理领域。
Responsible for team capability building, especially in forestry data analysis and management.

Develop team members' capabilities to provide actionable recommendations in areas such as forestry management, digitalization, intelligent monitoring, mechanized logging, asset inventory, and unmanned pest control.

候选人要求 / CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
1. 全国重点本科大学毕业(211或985)。
Graduate from a nationally recognized key university (Project 211 or 985).
2. 超过15年工作经验,其中至少10年以上林业或数字化领域相关背景(必须)。
Over 15 years of work experience, including at least 10 years in forestry or digitalization backgrounds (mandatory).
3. 拥有财务会计背景(包括学历)或咨询类工作经验的候选人优先。
Candidates with a financial accounting background (including relevant degree) or consulting experience are preferred.
4. 语言表达及沟通能力清晰。
Clear verbal expression and communication skills.
5. 逻辑性强,具备较强的数据分析能力。
Strong logical thinking and data analysis capabilities.
