2. 4+ years working experience in quality management, familiar with the ISO9001/TS****** quality system. Supplier experience of General Motors, VW, SAIC, Toyota, Honda and etc. is preferential.4年以上质量管理经验，熟悉ISO9001/TS******质量体系。有GM,VW,SAIC,TOYOTA,HONDA等整车厂下游厂家经验者尤佳
3. Familiar with quality tools such as APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA.。熟悉质量工具APQP/PPAP/SPC/FMEA/MSA等的使用
4. Understanding use method of measuring instruments and equipment for plastic and metal parts, such as projectors or image measuring machine, tensile testing machine, temperature and humidity test chamber, high-low temperature test chamber, salt spray test machine and so on.熟悉使用五金及塑胶产品常用检测设备仪器，如：投影机，2.5次元，拉力计，温湿度仪，高低温测试机，盐雾测试机等
5. Basic knowledge of plastics products, skillful at engineering drawings. 对塑胶产品有基础知识，对工程图纸非常熟悉
6. With good team work and communication skills, able to withstand the strong pressure of work. 良好的团队合作精神及沟通能力，能在压力下工作
