- Perform assessment of quality and reliability of new suppliers being on-boarded in Asia.- Monitor quality on first production batch of parts with suppliers and routinely audit future production runs.- Analyze and effectively resolve manufacturing and assembly related problems at the suppliers factory in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply.- Champion problem solving and root cause analysis with supplier and customers to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances.- Drive corrective actions for Field Failures with a sense of urgency and teamwork.- Develop long-term supplier relationships and generate and implement cost reduction tasks.- Support supplier performance improvement projects in an effort to increase supplier capability of consistently meeting Haas requirements.
