Responsibilities
- Being responsible for all material inspection of test orders and production orders from incoming to delivery e.g.:

? Dimensional and mechanical control

- Establish test competence development plan
建立并实施试验能力发展计划；
- Inspection & testing instructions and procedures management.
管理检验、试验作业指导书
- Execute in-house inspection & testing with SCAP equipment based on inspection & testing instructions and procedures，and record it .
根据SCAP的作业指导书和相关标准执行内部的检查和试验，并建立相关记录
- Implement properly maintain for all in-house measure equipment and tools,
定期对公司内部所有实验设备和量具进行维护和检查；
- Establish and manage external inspection & testing, ensure that external inspection & testing is done in a timely manner as well as meeting SCAP’s inspection & testing requirements.
建立并管理委外检查或试验，确保外部检查及时完成并符合SCAP的检验、试验要求。
