职位概要Summary
Have the responsibility to reach production targets of the welding plant including quality, output, EHS, human resources etc. as well as continuously striving for improvement of products’ quality, efficiency and decrease of production cost. Implement all kinds of regulations and policies of the company and standards of process, technology and quality.
技能及任职资格
- 年龄Age:
30岁-40岁 within 30-40
- 教育程度或专业Education Level (specialty):
本科或本科以上学历，工科院校毕业;机械类专业、材料工程类专业; bachelor’s degree and above with mechanical or material engineering background;
- 工作经验Experience related:
10年以上工作经验，至少具5年管理经验，有从事铁路配件
