1) Working Experience Requirement
a) Minimum 5 years working experience in the drilling/completion/workover and well intervention operations.
b) Minimum 3 years working experience in the position of completion or workover supervisor.
c) Experience of Sand Control, Fracturing. Fishing Operation will be preferred.
2) Skill Requirement
a) Skillful in giving written and oral instructions in English on daily completion and workover operations at well location.
b) Familiar with all the tools used in the Completion and Workover Operations.
c) Capable of supervising vertical and horizontal well operations of Completion, Workover, ESP Installation, Stimulation, and other well activities, etc.
d) Master well killing sheet and procedures, and be able to organize well killing operation at well sites.
e) Skillful in calculation of the Completion and Workover parameters,
