Responsibilities:
? Provide the operation support to implement Syngenta’s DH technologies in China SD
? Accountable for daily operation to ensure Ｏn time and quality delivery of DH lines aligned with breeding targets
? Successful implementation of process metrics and KPIs, and Ｏngoing improvement of DH processes critical to business delivery
? Function as a member of the ‘Core Lab Team’ responsible for DH production
? Conduct daily operation associated with lab and greenhouse experiments, and timely monitoring usage of resources and delivery deadlines with in-houses IT systems
? Work with diverse group of peers, team leads and stakeholders to increase throughput, and to effectively schedule projects throughout the seasons
? Remain current Ｏn changing protocols and/or new technology. Update or write new protocols as when necessary.
? Use best greenhouse and laboratory practices in accordance to Syngenta HSE and compliance guidelines
? Efficient use of resources and delivering minimal cost per DH line as a team
? To support of maintenance of lab and greenhouse equipment, as well as supplies for successful use in routine operation
