Be responsible for technology guidance and improvement on production equipment and public facilities. Be responsible for preparing proposal plan of new production line, specifications of new equipment and installation/commission of equipment.
负责全公司生产设备和公共设备的技术指导及改进工作。负责全公司新增生产线的方案设计、设备选型及安装调试工作。
Key Responsibilities工作职责：
1．Be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all production equipment and public facilities. Set up the preventive maintenance plan according to production plan, and lead the preventive maintenance, online repair, root cause analysis of equipment malfunctions, equipment improvement maintenance, spare parts preparation and its safety stock.
负责公司所有生产设备及公用设施的维修保养，根据生产计划制定生产设备和公用设施的年/月度预防维修保养计划，并带领维修技术人员根据生产计划的安排完成设备、设施的预防维修保养、在线维修、设备故障根本原因分析、设备改善、备品备件准备及安全库存建立。
2．Cooperation closely with the user of equipment and facilities. Provide the information and technical support on operation and malfunction of equipment and facilities. Provide flexible,safe and fast response service.与设备、设施使用部门紧密合作，提供设备设施的日常运行与故障解决方面的信息与技术支持，提供灵活、安全、快速响应的服务。
3．Be responsible for the technical proposal and document of Capex project, it includes the proposal design, equipment selection and technical specification for new production line or equipment, modifying project, etc..负责公司投资项目技术方案及技术文件的准备，包括新增生产线（设备）和改造项目的方案设计、设备选型及技术要求的编制等。
4．Be responsible for the implementation of Capex project incl. the intelligent construction and automation. Participan
