Major Responsibilities

1. Set up and sustain CEA’s ISO systems
a. Establish a quality framework based on ISO 9001 and ISO 17020, and company policy.
b. Baseline differences between CEA’s application of the above standards.
c. Develop and Execute a “fill in the gaps” plan.
d. Identify and engage a duly accredited certification agency to certify CEA according to the above
e. Work closely with the Agency to complete all certification requirements.
f. Work with others within CEA to accomplish this.
2. Develop and execute a plan that provides CEA with duly trained and certified social compliance system auditors, such as SA 8000 accreditation.
a. Evaluate the pros and cons of establishing CEA as a SA 8000 Certification Body.
b. Execute the approved Plan.
3. Maintain CEA’s quality system:
a. Develop and lead the internal and support external audits, follow corrective actions and implement preventive actions.
b. Conduct periodic audits to improve and optimize CEA’s internal systems.
c. Develop and improve the Standard work manual /procedure/ instruction and processes on the purpose of higher working efficiency and more effective internal quality control.
d. Continuously learn and improve his/her knowledge and receive training with the purpose of developing a deep expertise in management systems.
e. Build up an internal KPI system for quality, develop quality strategy and modify it according to market needs.
