Job Description:

1.Finite elements simulation of electro-mechanical interconnects.

2.Mathematical derivation and modeling of electro-mechanical parameters.

3.Perform characterization of high-speed connectors and systems through the use of high-speed digital ****ing and electromagnetic modelling techniques.

4.Develop empirical and analytical electrical **** procedures and specifications.

5.Develop and implement **** fixtures.

6.Design characterization **** boards and customer verification boards; work with PCB design houses.

7.Perform empirical and analytical ****ing based on available design input requirements.

8.Generate evaluation and qualification reports or presentation materials for both internal and customer use.

9.Provide supervision to lower level engineers, review and approve their work to meet performance standard

10.Provide expert advice to Marketing,Sales and/or customers on signal integrity related matters.

11.Be up-to-date with industry trend on high speed connector requirements and disseminate / share information among team
