PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Win business opportunities through leading and managing the project team to provide innovative and cost competitive solutions.

Provide leadership to the core functional team on the NPI execution, exceeding customer requirements with excellent deliverables in lead time, quality and cost.

Influence and lead internal CFT members, and promote team work and corporate culture.



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quick response to PM/Sale enquiries by assigning team to do quick feasibility study and cost analysis with innovative and cost competitive design.

Set project priorities and goals that defines the success of the opportunities as well as realize molex strength and value, that molex can bring to customers.

Control and Monitor NPI progress, react quickly to risks and issues, escalates appropriately when there is outstanding issue that cannot address within CFT.

Excellent time management skills to include ability to plan, oversee and schedule work activities and manage details

Lead phase review when project is about exit to a new phase

Lead project communication with customer and internal CFT and hold periodic review of design, process, risks and cost with the stake holders.

Anticipate customer expectation and sustain customer satisfaction.

Ensure important files such as DFM, GCA and MIL are actioned and tracked along NPI.

Ensure a smooth transaction from NPI to ramp with all cost, quality and manufacturing concerns resolved during NPI phase.
