岗位职责：
1、Complete Department operation plan, monitor department operation affairs, and drive department objectives and performance to be achieved;
完成部门运营规划，监控部门运营情况，推动部门目标及业绩达成；
2、Focus on department process design and optimization;
专注于部门流程设计与优化;
-？Assist Department to establish process excellence framework and tools, and implement them in daily process management;
协助部门搭建流程优化的框架和方法并在日常管理中落实；
-Guide and assist Department to standardize process management and initiate process identification, review & revision;
指导并协助部门标准化流程管理，发起关键流程界定、梳理、回顾及修订；
-Build up process evaluation system, monitor and evaluate process performance on a regular basis, provide review report with improvement suggestions;
建立流程评估体系，监控并评估流程，出具评估报告，提出改进建议。
3、Drive company digital transformation, understand department business needs, identify opportunities and risk points, form department digital construction plan, cooperate with the IT department to complete Department\'s digital platform construction:
推动公司数字化转型, 理解部门业务需求，识别机会和风险点，形成数字化建设方案,与IT部门协作，完成部门数字化平台搭建：

负责部门数字化系统的计划、设计及
