Job Description: The Learning Specialist must be accomplished and able to perform successfully in the following areas: ? Driving performance through the execution and delivery of all types of training, specifically by supporting new hire/product and policy changes/tools updates and any department specific topic, as business needs dictate. ? Representing training effectiveness to management through training evaluation, analytics, and detailed analysis that pinpoints changes in behaviors, root causes, and successes or opportunities of training interventions ? Provide leadership in all applicable training's ? Consult with Instructional Designers and eLearning Developers to ensure that objectives are met. ? Make recommendations as to the training methodology ? Partner with Leadership to coordinate the scheduling and execution of training ? Ensure all administrative tasks are executed on (i.e. training coordination, materials, scheduling of rooms, rosters, scheduling make-up classes, etc.) ? Be a promoter of our eBay cultural values and our GCX purpose ? Act as a SME and mentor for outsourced partner trainers ? Be creative in ways to modify/improve training delivery to gain efficiency ?
