1、To oversee the mold shop operation and ensure all job assignments are followed the required schedule.2、To organize the regular tooling meeting with US headquarter to review mold schedule and fabrication progress.3、To monitor the material usage and reduce the scrap rates in all areas .4、To make use of the existing resources and capacities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness in order to reduce the in-house made tool costs.5、To study the current tooling fabrication process to analyse the feasible ways to improve the quality and first pass yield . 6、To implement some improvement pro
