ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述In charge of RFID department Focus improvement on Project and Flow YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责: -Understand printing industry production mode and process standard-Base on current processand on site status rise improvement plan-Find machine and shopfloor improvement points-Optimization on warehouse management-Trainng, coaching and streghten improvement consciouse to workers-Work with PE team to avoid waste and process defect in New product or technical development-Work with Inner peer to saving and optimze MFG cost or flow-Work with Inner Peer to Strengthen MFG Standalization-Simplify office report and metric complexity-Have ideas and creativities WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求:-Bachelor's Degree, IE or Engineering related preferred; -At least 2 years' working experience on IE, continous improvement in factory operation level-Familar with IE theory, method -Good at English writting & reading skills-Strong learning, understanding and analysis ability-Well communication skills-Strong Logical Thinking-Smart and flexible personality
