岗位职责：  1.    Main work: inspection, process audit, nonconformity problem solving, QIP, try out, operator training, weekly report and monthly report.  2.    Inspection: be familiar with all products, and be able to inspect all products, including process inspection and final inspection.3.    Nonconformity solving: record nonconformity report in SAP, and contact with SQA and supplier that was controlled by plant quality to solve the problem within two weeks and close nonconformity report.4.    QIP: be one member of QIP team, to be involved, push, and record quality improvement projects5.    Try out: to follow up try out on line, communicate with related person to solve the problem.6.    Training: summarize and analyze the quality issues, finish the training materia
