Responsibilities:1.the expansion of recruitment channels, maintenance and online recruitment information, and updates;
2, in accordance with the recruitment requirements of various departments to carry out CV screening and preliminary examination of the interview and selection of personnel work;
3, be responsible for processing employee entry, exit, regularization, transfer Gang related work;
4, the establishment and maintenance of personnel files, to update employee personal information and data;
5, be responsible for the signing of the labor contract employees and daily management;
6, helped lead the preparation, revision and implementation of different categories of personnel rules and regulations;
7, handle insurance and housing accumulation fund business, and calculation of the monthly payroll;
8, be responsible for attendance, employee leave management, the monthly attendance of all employees;
9 help HR managers to carry out a variety of employee activities.Requirements:1 Over 3 years of Human Resource related experience, international company experience preferred.
2 Familiar with various HR activities and procedures including Recruiting, C&B and Performance Management;
3 Bachelor degree or above;
4 Good interpersonal skills;
5 Good negotiation and problem solving skills;
6 Good learning ability and team work spirit.
7 Proficiency in oral & written English, CET-6 or above 8 Proficient in computer skills.
