Job Purpose
Support purchaser and purchasing manager in daily work.


Job Duties
- Create sample PO in AX system according to supplier, price and lead time input from purchaser;
- Print sample PO, get signed and send to supplier;
- Follow sample delivery and update sample status to internal customer;
- Prepare sample payment requisition, get signed and transfer to finance after goods and invoice received, ensure sample payment was going to supplier on time;
- Create tooling PO in system and get signed according to MOU agreed with suppliers;
- Prepared tooling payment requisition, get signed and transfer to finance
