Responsibilities:Provides consultative services on a Global basis, to customers and prospects in order to optimize their manufacturing processes utilizing Dymax products. Needs for such services to be identified by Sales. Services to consist of, but not limited to:a. Light curing technology and dispensing education for prospects, customers, sales partners and integration companies.b. Assistance in specifying products (that work together)c. Hands on equipment installation assistance.d. Process and product trouble shooting.e. Coordination services for integration companies.f. Coordinates as necessary with employees at all Company locations, including Asia and Europe in order to provide services listed above.g. Educates Dymax Sales Team on Equipment through joint calls, seminars/webinars and training sessions at Sales Meetings.h.
