Responsibility 职责 1 Manufacture feasibility evaluation, Manufacture capacity and technical capacity analysis 新项目和转移项目的制造可行性评估及生产能力和技术能力的研究工作 2 Attend technical meetings held at the customer’s site and support the projects goals given by the customer and BOS 参加客户方举办的技术会议并支持客户及宝适给出的项目目标 3 Create and update ME schedule according project master schedule 根据项目主计划，制订、更新新项目和转移项目ME分计划 4 Create production layout 制订生产布局图 5 Create and apply equipment, tooling and workstation budget, Create RFO for them 制订设备、工装、工位器具的预算并申请相关经费 和采购要求 6 Create tooling and workstation drawing if required 如需要，准备工装和工位器具的图纸 7 Searching and determine equipment, tooling and workstation suppliers 寻找并确定设备、工装、工位器具的供应商并跟踪制造进度和制造质量 8 New equipment and tooling installation, trail and qualify 新设备和新工装的安装、调试和验收 9 Study and carry out BOS and customer related drawing, engineering specifications, quality requirements and engineering changes 研究并执行宝适内部和客户提供的相关图纸、标准、质量要求和工程变更 10
