遵守ISO******、 OHSAS******、TS******涉及的法律法规及相关要求。
Obey laws and regulations of ISO******、 OHSAS******、TS****** and relevant requirement .
a. 协助2E经理控制及维护本部门质量体系的正常运行；
To assist Operations Manager of 2E Business Unit to keep dept. quality system normal operation.
b. 确保生产所需原辅料、工具、设备等的正常使用；
Ensure raw material supply in time ,tools and equipment required of production in normal operation condition.
c. 协助2E经理设计生产现场布局及人员配置；
To assist Operations Manager of 2E Business Unit to design workshop layout and personnel allocation
d. 主导车间日常生产管理，包括生产现场管理、人员管理和安全生产等；
Dominate workshop daily production management, including production on-site management, personnel management and safety management, etc…
e. 保证生产计划的顺利完成，解决生产过程中的异常，潜在的问题的发现及拟定相应的解决方案；
Ensure to complete the production plan, Solve the abnormalities in the process of production, Discover the potential problem and formulate the corresponding solution;
f. 组织对检验中发现的不合格品进行处理；
Organize to dispose defective part found during the inspection;
g. 提高生产效率，降低员工的劳动强度
Improve the production efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of workers;
h. 整理及分析生产数据；
Sorting and analysis of production data;
i. 依据5S规则对生产现场进行管理；
