Requirments：
-Bachelor degree in electrical, automation or equivalent.
-Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in maintenance function.
-Good command of English and computer.
-Solid knowledge about electrical and automation.
-Be familiar with siemens s7-300 plc and sinamics s120 driver.
-Flexibility, creativity, aggressive attitude to work in team, good communications skills

Job Contents:
1.Preventive maintenance
Release pre-maintenance items & working contents suggestion, be involved to finalize pre-maintenance working plan;
Implement maintenance plan, keep them running smoothly;
monitor the implementation of SOP, keep the maintenance job carried out in order;
Supervise the subordinate to implement the procedure relative to maintenance;
Create/monitor the implementation electrical checklist for machine, organize to issue the SOP;
Create equipment point checklist;

2.Emergency maintenance
Follow up accident maintenance, analyse the maintenance data, continuously improve the maintenance type or method;
Coordinate the maintenance service done by subcontractors;
Join the improvement projects relative to equipment and maintenance technology;
File maintenance record strictly subject to quality system requirement;

3.Spare Parts Management
Work out and renew the spare parts list for machines, update the reorder point if needed;
Auditing and manage the drawings of mechanical spare parts;
Spare parts purchasing apply in time;

4 Involved in the installation and adjustment for equipment.
