Responsibilities
- ID input, mechanical design and development of new products.
- Design checking and evaluation for new projects implementation.
- ID input, mechanical 3D,2D drawing for HMS and TMS, process new tooling and modification requests (RFQ & TMQ), sample requests(SRF).
- Coordinate and conduct tooling review with vendors on plastic and metal parts fabrication design improvements, tool cost and the schedule.
- Receive and evaluate mechanical parts, prepare and follow-up Engineer Approval Form (EAF).
- Create (BOM) construction and partslist for indirect material items,prepare detailed assembly drawing to support PTT Team and Production department on assembly, solve problems arising from product testing failures.
- Supply mechanical issues during prototyping and TMS testing and create HMS, TMS and FTMS reports.
