Responsibilities:

1. ID input, mechanical design and development of new products.
2. Design checking and evaluation for new projects implementation.
3.ID input, mechanical 3D,2D drawing for HMS and TMS, process new tooling and modification requests (RFQ & TMQ), sample requests(SRF).
3.Coordinate and conduct tooling review with vendors on plastic and metal parts fabrication design improvements, tool cost and the schedule.
4.Receive and evaluate mechanical parts, prepare and follow-up Engineer Approval Form (EAF).
5.Create (BOM) construction and partslist for indirect material items,prepare detailed assembly drawing to support PTT Team and Production department on assembly, solve problems arising from product testing failures.
6.Supply mechanical issues during prototyping and TMS testing and create HMS, TMS and FTMS reports.
7.Analyze engineering problems, and propose corrective actions and implement desi
