岗位职责：
1.To lead and build an effective and productive Geology Team.领导和建设高效的和生产性的地质团队。
2.To ensure that all mine Geology work (Underground and Open Pit) is carried out in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.确保所有的矿石地质工作（井下与露天）都能按照安全，有效，节约成本的方式开展。
3.To ensure that all Exploration Geology work (Jinfeng and Anbo EL) is carried out in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.确保所有的勘探地质工作（锦丰及Anbo EL）都能按照安全，有效，节约成本的方式开展。
4.To ensure that all relevant procedures are developed and followed as required.确保按要求制定并且遵循所有相关的程序。
5.To develop, facilitate and coach the Geology Team to continually improve their performances to achieve/exceed their targets.发展，促进并指导地质团队，以持续提高地质团队的工作绩效从而完成/超越地质团队目标。
6. To ensure that structure interpretations, resource and grade control models are updated correctly and on time.确保地质构造解译，资源模型和品位控制模型得到准确及时的更新。
7. To ensure that underground Long Hole mining grade control work is done accurately and on time.确保及时准确地完成井下中深孔采矿品位控制工作。
8. To ensure that the reconciliation work is done accurately and on time.确保所有的金属平衡工作准确及时地完成。
