职位职责和职位要求 (Job Responsibilities & Requirements)： Responsibilities （main tasks）︱工作职责：
- Responsible for the performance of the underlining.
- 管理下属员工的绩效。
- Responsible for implementing pre-maintenance plan.
- 严格执行预防性维修计划。
- Guide the underline to solve and prevent serious problem；
- 指导维修员工调查重大的、经常发生或潜在的严重问题；
- support to find the reason of break down, and take improvement measures.
- 帮助确定失效零件的真实原因，并建立整改措施。
- Train the underline and keep the maintenance effective；
- 发展并培训维修部门员工、有效地维护现有的与计划的生产设施。
- monitor and follow the status of the underline.
- 监督并跟踪下属的工作状态及工作质量。

Qualifications:
任职条件：
- Education background教育背景：College in Mechanical, Engineering and similar fields机械类专业大专以上学历；

- Work experience相关工作经验：Above 3 years working exper
