Job Description
1. Global Sourcing:
A. Source for new parts (new components, new processes, new material...) according to new project requirement; 根据新项目需求寻找合适供应商；
B. Source for current parts for new/additional suppliers to improve Quality/Cost/Delivery performance. 基于质量，成本，交付等需求提升的计划产生的目前量产产品的本土化；
C.Understand the global market of the assigned products and know current and potential future suppliers for such products. 针对具体产品，了解该产品市场状况及潜在供应商状况。
D. Understand developing technologies and manufacturing process of such products. 了解该产品生产加工过程，工艺及相关技术发展状况；
E. Assessing potential new suppliers for technical, quality and manufacturing capabilities; 评估新供应商技术，质量，生产等能力；
F. Proven understanding and usage of APQP, Capability Studies, FMEA, Control Plan and PPAP; 良好的理解和应用APQP，FMEA等工具；
2.Supplier Quality Management
A. Organize/Lead the Supplier Quality Management of the company; 组织/主导公司供应商质量管理
B.Set up supplier quality goals, formulate the supplier quality policy and implement accordingly to realize the target. 建立供应商管理目标，制定供应商质量管理政策并付诸于实现；
C. Monitor and manage supplier quality performance and report quality metrics back to management. 管理供应商质量绩效并报告给部门管理者；
D.To drive and motivate continuous quality, technical improvements among suppliers with regular supplier audits and performance reviews. 激励，促使供应商技术质量水平的不断提升，有计划的审核供应商；
E.Manage all aspects of supplier quality activities with solid technical background including expertise in following commodities;具
