Senior Program Quality Engineer Treatment: 面议Responsibilities:1. Dispose information related to quality issue and customer complaints;2. Involve in contract review, providing information related to product quality control;3. Verify product quality, track preventive actions, and verify results;4. Work out a series of quality documents/reports for approving the mass production;5. Make arrangements for the test; confirm the compliance of outward processed products, and draw up relevant quality standards；6. Organize incoming unqualified review and draw up treatment plan；7. Organize different departments to analyze and improve the product quality problems, dealing with nonconforming product；8. Audit various types of quality documents made by Quality Control Engineer；9. Keep all kinds of quality /environmental documents in accordance with the provisions；10. Lead quality control activities in new product development stages, which include the participation in design reviews, responsible for making quality documentation/standards, sample test confirmation, and quality-related reports, quality analyses/reviews and improvement, so on so forth；Finish the work tasks assigned by superiors on time.Requirements:1. College degree or above, mechanical engineering, 5 years of relevant experience in similar industry, and proficient in English; 2. Familiar with quality management skills, such as SPC, MSA, CP, QC techniques, etc.; Familiar with production process; 3. Professional in theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience in quality management; 4. Be familiar with quality management system ISO 9001 and TS ******,and environmental management system ISO ******; 5. Be familiar with size measurement of mechanical parts, and be trained in project management, quality management, and other relevant knowledge; 6. Able to work under pressure, and have good communication ability to cooperate with related departments to handle project affairs; 7.
