Main responsibility:
1. Conduct process review and improvement
2. Monitor the process activities are under quality system control, correct and follow up any non-conforming actions in order to achieve targeted performance
3. Lead and coordinate resources to analyze, investigate, and follow up with corrective solutions regarding the quality issues
4. Initiate urgent containment actions (inventory rework) and follow up with 8D problem-solving process regarding the customer
