Responsibilities：
Responsible for producing engineering and design deliverables necessary for project and proposal execution, while ensuring conformance to codes, standards, and work instructions. Interfaces with other disciplines, field operations and project team.
Works independently with guidance of a Lead Process Engineer.
Prepare and deliver work packages and tasks, according to the ECS Process Engineering Division of Responsibility (DoR) (stored in the ECS Book WI-011), to the schedule/budget and in conformance with RfQ and/or contract requirements and ECS Process Engineering procedures and standards.
Ensure all outputs are documented and archived according to applicable ISO Procedures and/or Work Instructions per location.
Ensure all outputs are following the ECS Process Engineering Check and Control procedure (stored in ECS Book Database OP-007).
Works independently with guidance of a Lead Process Engineer.
Applies technology design principles and tools to size equipment to meet performance requirements.
Provide support of the procurement effort for equipment and services purchased directly from vendors by ECS. Efforts included technical bid evaluation, vendor recommendation and vendor design and documentation review.
