JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES 工作职责
1.Design new reference/tooling and follow up the all prototype process 设计新工具和跟踪所有的标准工艺。
2.Follow up the toolings’ condition, maintain well in time and make proposal for fateful modify and update related drawings 跟踪所有的工具情况，并及时维护好，做好修改及更新相关图纸。
3.Communicate with subcontract to discuss the technical problem to ensure the delivery time and good condition of tooings. 与承包商沟通讨论技术问题并保证正常交付时间和工具状态良好。
4.Daily follow up the casting quality condition and hold the rejects analysis for responsible reference 每日跟踪铸造质量情况和关注废品分析。
5.To continue improve the process to reduce the rejects, increase the casting yield, reduce the material consumption and save the cost and timely update the process parameter 继续改善工艺减少废品率，增加铸造产量，减少原料消耗和降低成本和及时更新工艺参数。
