评估、评审、监督和发展公司的外包制造商（挤压/机加工艺、技术能力、产品质量），以保证和提高其质量、价格、交付和服务的绩效。
Assess, review, monitor and develop profile outsourcing manufacturers of SCAP to ensure and improve of their QCDS performance.
任职要求：
1. Over 5 years’ working experience in production or R&D or design of Al-alloy extrusion， or Over 5 years’ working experience in machining industry.对铝合金挤压生产、研发或设计有5年以上经验，或在机械加工行业计有5年以上经验。
2. Over 3 years’ working
