Assist QHSE Supervisor to manage all aspects of Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental Affairs in Haidian MSW Incineration Plant Operations.
协助职安健主任负责厂区内和健康安全和环境质量相关的所有事宜
Scope and Responsibilities：岗位职责
Assist QHSE Manager in setting up and implementing QHSE management system in company;
协助职安健主任制定和贯彻健康安全和环境质量管理系统；
Carry out Site Safety audits for both operational and site safety admin procedures, ensure compliance with BESES’s HSE policy;
为厂区生产运行流程和现场安全管理流程实行安全检查，确保其符合北控升达的HSE标准；
Enact, modify and perfect HSE system to meet the government requirements and national HSE policies;
制定修改和完善HSE系统是其符合政府要求和国家相关HSE规定；
Regularly and monthly HSE checkup in order to find the latent HSE and safety problems, propose appropriate measures and assist and monitor other departments problems solving.
定期进行HSE检查及时发现潜在HSE危险点，提供合理有效的措施来协助相关部门解决该问题；
