职责

Responsibilities



1、 针对新项目组建项目团队，明确成员分工和项目例会。成员应包括但可不仅限于技术、质量、生产、采购、物流、生产计划等功能人员。Set up project team. Align responsibilities and project regular meeting. Team should include but not limited to engineering, quality, production, purchasing, logistics, product planning, etc.

2、 协调内部资源，对客户的技术、质量、交期、成本等要求进行评估，确保公司对客户所有要求的正确理解。制订项目KPI. Coordinate internal resources to clarify, understand and confirm customers’ technical, quality, delivery, cost, etc. requirements. Make project KPI, and share information correctly and timely.

3、 跟踪项目成本发生状况，及时沟通并适时采取措施应对变化。
