Responsibility:
1 Responsible for complete new suspension seat design according to customer RFQ and specification（根据客户报价要求和产品标准规范，主导减震座椅产品全新开发或者选型）
2 Responsible for coordination inside engineering department with design, prototype, testing function and report to the Product Engineering Manager（对工程节点负责，工程内部协调设计、试制、实验，汇报给产品经理）
3 Product Legislation comply with FMVSS,ECE,GB.（满足符合美标，欧标，国标的产品设计）
4 Responsible for material selection（负责产品材料选取）
5 Tolerance stack calculations and DFMEA（累积公差计算和设计失效性分析）
6 Support Project Manager to have presentation with customer and support development project from concept to Manufacture phases（支持项目经理完成客户方面技术规范讨论，支持开发项目从概念到投产）
7 Lead Product development gate review（负责产品开发节点评审）


Requirements:
1 University Degree or above, majored in Mechanical engineering
