Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design the toolings (patterns, gatings, risers, core boxes. control gages ...)
- Make the production and control instructions and records formula
- Manage as projects the development of new products (PPAP process, FMEA, ....)
- Define and update the routines and BOM for the products (from request of quotation to the serial life of the products)
- Continuous improvement : review the design of the toolings and the production instructions regularly to reduce the scrap rate, to avoid cutomer NCR and reduce costs
- Manage the team of foundry methods and technology department
