工作职责：
1. 管理公司材料试验实验室和第三方材料分析试验室。
Manage Company’s Material Lab and 3rd Party Material Analyze Lab;

2. 接受内部职能部门（如工程、质量、采购等）的要求对铸件、锻件样品进行材料的机械性能、化学和金相等的分析，并提供正式的报告。
To conduct mechanical, chemical and metallurgical analysis on the casting, forging, and weldment samples as required by related internal departments such as engineering, quality and sourcing, etc, and provide formal metallurgical analysis report.

3. 在项目开发阶段，为SQE工程师提供材料、热处理工艺及其他特殊工艺的技术审核与合同拟定的支持。
To assist SQE on the technical review and technical contract draft in terms of material, heat-treatment, welding, non-destructive testing. and other special material treating process during the project development stage;

4. 在质量问题处理过程中，为质量和工程提供失效分析支持。
To provide failure analysis support for quality and engineering during the quality problem resolving.

5. 拟定公司材料内部标准，按要求创建和管理材料分析报告和其他有关材料分析的文档。
To write up company’s internal standards, and create and manage the metallurgical analysis report and other metallurgical analysis related documents per the related standard.

6. 执行和完善材料实验室设备的使用守则、维护规范、管理规范和实验室的5S和安全规范，保持一个安全、整洁、有序和有效的工作环境。
To implement and improve the TPM standard of metallurgical equipments, disposal standard on the analyzed parts, 5S and safety standard of the Met Lab, maintain a safe, neat, order
