Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Fluent Mandarin and English
- At least 7-8 years of experience in manufacturing of precision electronics and sensors
- In-depth knowledge of automation, precision welding, usage of pneumatic and electronic actuators, PLC, and online/end of line ****ing processes
- Experience with leading a team and managing projects
- Able to design production process for variety of products
- Fast to adapt to new and more efficient technologies
- Experience working with production team to refine processes
- A proactive hands on attitude

Responsibility:
- Lead a team of engineers and be responsible for the design and implementation of production lines across the product range.
- Work closely with US and European counterparts to design and refine production processes.
- Manage new product launch on the production side.
- Responsible for all China based manufacturing developments.
- Others assigned by supervisor.
