Primary skills and responsibilities: (Others may be assigned)
• Work with system design in AutoCAD
• Troubleshoot control systems by close interaction with assembly and engineering team
• Ensure effective communication with customers, senior engineers, product and project managers, and team members in defining system requirements, system operation, and schedule planning
• Develop outsourcing vendors and maintain quality standards of parent company in USA.
• Must be willing to train in the USA with the senior engineers to learn common procedures. Training will be about three to four weeks.
• Provide support of new and existing equipment by providing on-site or phone support by use of analog and digital circuit as well as computer hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Assists with machine start-ups and assists with coordination of installation services
• Programs real-time controls or user interface in C (secondary)
• Determines customer requirements based on input from sales documents and customer specifications
• Writes and debugs PLC control logic to industry standards
• Oversees implementation of “GM Standard PLC Code” for all current PLC applications – includes PLC 2, PLC 5, and Control Logix processors

Job Specifications: BSEE degree or equivalent experience with emphasis on controls or systems design. Experience with AutoCAD. Individual must have a demonstrated abilility to manage multiple projects and work within a cross-functional team environment.&n
