RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform inspection on raw material /first piece /production process.
- Perform product dimension measurement and functional **** for manufactured product and new product.
- Perform the product audit before shipping
- Perform gages and **** equipment calibration and GR&R measurement
- Perform maintenance for gages and **** equipment
- Report and handle quality problem during production timely
- Make summary report on measurement data and complete quality report.
- 执行原材料/首件/生产过程中的检验工作
- 执行已有产品和新产品的尺寸测量和性能试验
- 执行发运前的产品审核工作
