Responsibilities:
1. In charge of the vegetable production, demonstration and experiment inside and outside（follow） the station；
负责农场内部蔬菜生产，展示和研发实验；跟踪指导外部的生产试验；
2. Responsible for labors management, Make regular plans (such as weekly plans) for all the labors, organize labors reasonably；
负责工人管理，做出日常计划，合理安排工人劳动；
3. Report timely for any emergency in crops and labors management and finish routine monthly report.
及时汇报作物栽培和工人管理中的不正常情况，并按时完成月报。
