Hua Sen Architecture and Engineering Design Consultant Company is a Hongkong joint venture company. The Chinese shareholder is China Architecture Design & Research Group (CAG), and the foreign shareholder is Hong Kong Sen Yang International Limited Company.
中国建筑设计研究院是以原建设部建筑设计院、中国建筑技术研究院为母体，吸纳中国市政工程
华北设计研究院、建设部城市建设研究院为所属单位，于２００４年４月组建的科技型中央企业，隶属于国有资产监督管理委员会管理。
CAG was founded in April in 2004 by the merger of the Architecture Design Institute Ministry of Construction and the China Building Technology Development Center. Additionally, CAG also acquired the North China Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute and the China Urban Construction & Research Institute. CAG is a science and technology company owned
by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

博物馆等。
In the past 50 years, CAG has completed over 6000 projects in China as well as over 30 other countries around the world, with high quality, prominent and modern designs. CAG projects include: Beijing Railway Station, China Art Gallery, Beijing National Library, Beijing International Hotel, Shenzhen Gymnasium, Office Building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of P.R. China, Beijing Wanquan Legacy Homes, Huzhou East Bai Yu Tan Community, Project to Divert Water from Luan River to Tianjin, Beijing Gas Plant Expansion, Beijing National Main Stadium, Xizhimen Traffic Hub and the Capital Museum.
