具体岗位描述：

Job Responsibilities
Take over groups mechanical materials sourcing
Assist department manager to supervise and manage groups operation, coordinate with buyers
on internal routine works and be with every duty as a sourcing buyer, who reports to department
manager directly
Co-operate with RD, Material and QA departments
Take over groups mechanical materials sourcing, and audit team members routine works as well
as reports, and communicate with related departments on behalf of the group, who reports to
department manager directly
Keep sourcing lead-free materials to meet RoHS compliances
Develop and audit vendors with potentials periodically and submit qualified samples to RD for
new product
Provide estimated price for new project materials based on engineering data
Trace and analyse the market situation of raw materials, and deal with vendors requests on price
up/down accordingly before submit the report to management for approval
Control material cost, schedule cost down
Requirements
College or Associate Degree above
Have strong responsibility and good engineering background
8+years working experience, With 3 years of management and sourcing experience, familiar with electronic/mechanical
materials as well as the market situation of raw materials
Has OEM ( for consumer products) is preferred
Above CET-4 or good command of spoken and written English
With strong logical thinking and judgement
Familiar with logistics and finance work flows
Familiar with operation of EXCEL and WORD software
