职位要求

具体岗位描述：

Responsibilities
-Lead project team from concept development to project release. Perform feasibility study to mass production adhering to the product life cycle process
-Identified and manage project dependencies and critical path, issues and conflict within project team and INNO ( RnD)
-Develop and deliver progress report, proposal and presentation.
-Manage Engineering Change Notice and be responsible and ensuing on time implementation.
-Testing and approval of required components and materials
-Acoustical and electrical measurement of transducers and systems
-Approve drawings and specifications for parts
-Simulation and tuning of loudspeaker systems and crossovers
-Work closely with mechanical and electrical engineers for system development
Requirements
-Bachelors Degree in Acoustics, Physics, Electronic Engineering, mechanical or related course
-Prefer candidate with at least 1-2 years’ experience as project management in manufacturing industries, experience in handling of acoustic transducer and speaker system manufacturing will be an advantage.
-Knowledge of physics, acoustics, mechanics, materials etc.
-Work as project leader in manufacturing industries with good report writing skill.
-Advantage if candidate have experience with at least one acoustic measurement system: WinMF, CLIO, MLSSA, Klippel, and others
-Experience with at least one simulation and data processing tool such as: LEAP, LSP CAD, ABEK, MATLAB, MathCAD, XL will be an advantage.
-Good communication skills in English (written and oral) is an advantage.
