职位要求

具体岗位描述：

Responsibilities:
1. ID input, mechanical design and development of new products.
2. Design checking and evaluation for new projects implementation.
3.ID input, mechanical 3D,2D drawing for HMS and TMS, process new tooling and modification requests (RFQ TMQ), sample requests(SRF).
3.Coordinate and conduct tooling review with vendors on plastic and metal parts fabrication design improvements, tool cost and the schedule.
4.Receive and evaluate mechanical parts, prepare and follow-up Engineer Approval Form (EAF).
5.Create (BOM) construction and partslist for indirect material items,prepare detailed assembly drawing to support PTT Team and Production department on assembly, solve problems arising from product testing failures.
6.Supply mechanical issues during prototyping and TMS testing and create HMS, TMS and FTMS reports.
7.Analyze engineering problems, and propose corrective actions and implement design improvement for developing models.
8.Support Project Management through preparation of project schedule and planning, coordination with RnD Teams and related departments and ensuring timely and high quality delivery of projects through follow-up and status monitoring.
9.Ensure product quality is within company standards by regularly conducting product design review ,that includes manufacturability, production and safety issues.
10.Support and solve mechanical problem issues during mass production stage.
11.Create EN for production support, execute design change for improvement and issue ECO for BOM update.
Requirements:
1.Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
2. with at least 5 years mechanics or configuration design experience (metal/plastic), familiar with Pro-audio;
3. Professional training in Mechanical Design;
4.Proficient communication skills both reading and written.
