具体岗位描述：

Responsibilities
- In charge QC Headcount plan, qualification requirement and recruitment;
- Monitor and train QC inspector, know and follow inspection standard strictly;
- Organize QC Morning meeting, QC job arrangement;
- Highlight important quality issue, raise quality attention requirement in daily Morning meeting;
- Conduct QC work according to Inspection Instruction, record inspection record correctly an completely;
- Review inspection result, find quality issue in time and drive quality improvement;
- Feedback quality issue found at QC station to IPQC in time;
- Support to collect production and quality data to QE, drive quality continuous improvement project;
- Review QC daily report, prepare QC statistical data, drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Above College graduate in Engineering / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related disciplines;
- At least 3 years QC solid experience in an electronic manufacturing field;
- Familiar with Quality Analysis Tool, QC 7 Tool, Sample Inspection Plan, etc;
- Familiar problem solving approach and related skills;
- Must be assertive and have strong leadership quality;
- Good command of both written and spoken English;
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
