职位要求

具体岗位描述：

Responsibilities:

1. Manage projects for new product introductions through RD into full production;
2. Coordinate internal and global resources to ensure timely and cost effective implementation;
3. Represent the IMPL Department with project management of RnD products and programs, ensuring effective cost, time scales, processes, health, safety and quality objectives are met;
4. Coordinate to explore, develop, promote new processes, methods and technologies to facilitate continuous improvement;
5. Contribute fully to the achievement of company and departmental objectives;
6. Facilitate continuous improvement activities by keeping up to date with the best practice, innovative processes and new technology etc;
7. Provide project documentation and standardization as required;

Requirements:

1. Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or related field;
2. With at least 6 years of project management experience in electronic field, Audio field will be preferred;
3. Fluent in both written and oral English;
4. Excellent communication skills;
5. Team leadership and motivational skills ;
